會員使用條款

住展房屋網會員服務條款(一般會員) 歡迎您加入住展房屋網會員!以下文章詳述在住展房屋網中提供您服務的同時,您必須瞭解的相關事項,請您在同意註冊成為會員前,詳細閱讀,本服務條款將於您按下下方同意鍵時起生效,完成程序後,您就可以填寫註冊申請書了!

一、認知與接受條款

「租售報導雜誌社」(以下簡稱「本公司」)係依據本服務條款提供「住展房屋網」(HTTP://WWW.MYHOUSING.COM.TW/)服務(以下簡稱「本服務」)。當您開始使用住展房屋網時,就表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本約定書之所有內容。您於任何修改或變更後繼續使用住展房屋網,視為您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受該等修改或變更。如果您不同意本約定書內容,應立即停止使用住展房屋網。 若您未滿十八歲,除應符合上述規定外,並應於您的家長(或監護人)閱讀、瞭解並同意本約定書之所有內容及其後修改變更後,方得使用或繼續使用住展房屋網。當您使用或繼續使用住展房屋網時,即表示您的家長(或監護人)已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本約定書之所有內容及其後修改變更。

二、會員註冊義務

      1. 依本服務註冊表之提示,提供會員本人正確、最新及完整的資料。
      2. 維持並更新會員資料,確保期為最正確、完整的資料。若提供任何錯誤或不實的資料,住展房屋網有權暫時停止或終止您的會員帳號,並拒絕您使用各項服務之全部或一部。

三、會員帳號、密碼及安全

      1. 在完成本服務的會員註冊程序後,您將收到住展房屋網寄送的啟動信,回覆信件後,即可使用本網站各項會員服務。
      2. 您應妥善保管您的帳號、密碼,利用該帳號及密碼鎖進行的一切行為,您將負完全的責任。
      3. 您的密碼或是帳號遭到盜用或有其他任何安全問題發生時,您應立即通知本網站。
      4. 每次連線完畢,均結束您的帳號使用。

四、與第三人網站的連結

      1. 住展房屋網提供的不動產資料搜尋服務,目的是方便您迅速獲得查詢結果。您可能會因此連結至其他業者經營的網站,但不表示住展房屋網與該等業者有任何關係。
      2. 其他業者經營的網站均由各該業者自行負責,不屬住展房屋網負責範圍之內。

        4. 若因會員疏忽、錯誤或不當、不法行為,或會員無法合理預知、或會員無法控制原因所引起之系統故障時。
        5. 因第三方服務造成本系統服務中斷或故障時。

八、終止服務

      1. 基於本公司運作,有可能停止提供全部或部分會員服務內容,您不可以因此而要求任何賠償或補償。
      2. 如果您違反了本使用條款,本公司保留隨時停止提供服務之權利,您不可以因此而要求任何賠償或補償。
      3. 如果您在會員服務上所刊載、傳輸、發送或儲存的郵件、檔案或資料,有任何違反法令、違反本使用條款、或有侵害第三人權益之虞者,本公司保留隨時得不經通知直接加以移動或刪除之權利。若本公司因此受到任何損害,您應對本公司負損害賠償之責。

九、會員行為

      1. 由會員公開張貼的資訊、資料、文字、軟體、音樂、音訊、照片、圖形、視訊、信息或其他資料(以下簡稱「會員內容」),均由「會員內容」提供者自行負責。
      2. 住展房屋網無法完全控制經由本服務張貼之「會員內容」,因此不保証其絕對正確性及完整性。
      3. 您使用本服務時,可能會接觸到少部分令人不悅之「會員內容」。在任何情況下,住展房屋網均不為任何「會員內容」負責,包含但不限於任何錯誤或遺漏,以及經由本服務張貼而衍生之任何損失或損害。
      4. 您了解住展房屋網並未針對所有「會員內容」事先加以審查,但有權(但無義務)依其本公司考量,拒絕或移除經由本服務張貼之任何「會員內容」。
      5. 在不限制前開規定之前提下,住展房屋網及其管理者有權將違反本服務條款,以及令大眾普遍不悅之任何「會員內容」加以移除。
      6. 您同意使用任何「會員內容」時,就前開「會員內容」之正確性、完整性或實用性之情形,必須自行加以評估並承擔所有風險。

十、智慧財產權

十一、廣告

十三、條款修改

本公司保留隨時修改本會員服務條款的權利,修改後的住展房屋網會員服務條款將公佈在住展房屋網,不另外個別通知會員。

十四、準據法與管轄法院

本約定書之解釋與適用,以及與本約定書有關的爭議,均應依照中華民國法律予以處理,並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

十五、協議

您可以在已登入的狀態下,進行修改會員資料、密碼或顯示名稱

步驟一:左鍵點擊右上角的會員名稱,將會跳轉到您的帳號頁面。

步驟二:點擊齒輪『設定』鈕

步驟三:點擊『修改個人資料』可更改:顯示的頭貼圖示、個人簡介

點擊『帳號管理』可修改:顯示名稱、電子信箱、密碼

申請下載您在帳戶中的資訊

刪除帳戶前,您可以先行下載於帳戶中的資料,步驟請見下方『申請刪除您的帳戶』

申請刪除您的帳戶

在已登入的狀態下,進入帳戶中申請清除個人資料並刪除帳戶

步驟一:左鍵點擊右上角的會員名稱,將會跳轉到您的帳號頁面。

步驟二:點擊齒輪『設定』鈕

步驟三:點擊『隱私設定』

步驟四:點擊『申請匯出帳號及個人資料』並於收到個人資料後,點擊『申請清除個人資料並刪除帳號』

You can modify member information, password or display name while logged in

Step 1: click on the member name in the upper right corner, and you will be redirected to your account page.

Step 2: Click the gear “Settings” button

Step 3: Click “Modify Personal Information” to change: the displayed header icon, personal profile

Request to download the information in your account

Before deleting your account, you can download the information in the account first, please see “Apply to delete your account” below for the steps.

Request to delete your account

In the logged-in state, enter the account to apply for the removal of personal data and delete the account.

Step 1: Click on the member name in the upper right corner, and you will be redirected to your account page.

Step 4: Click “Apply to export account and personal data” and after receiving personal data, click “Apply to clear personal data and delete account”
